Public Service Commission Notification Regarding Examination Schedule for the Position of Gazetted Third Class (Section Officer or Equivalent), Administration Service
This notice is hereby published for the information of all concerned:
Under the notice published by the Public Service Commission on 2081/08/26 regarding:

Promotion Notice No. 172/081–082 (Administration and Revenue Group), and
-
Open Competitive Examination Notice Nos. 16701 to 16707/081–082 (Administration Service, Accounts and Revenue Group),
Applications were collected within the final deadline. However, following the advertisement, further procedures could not proceed because the Honorable High Court, Patan—with Writ No. 081–50–1299—issued an interim order on 2081/09/22 directing that no actions be taken until the petition is resolved or unless the court issues a different order. The Commission received this order on 2081/09/29.
Hence, under the interim order, the Commission has decided not to move forward with any actions related to the advertisements mentioned before until the petition is resolved or unless the court provides alternative directives.
