Public Service Commission, Central Office, Advertisement No. 16694 - 16700/081-82 (Open and Inclusive), under the Nepal Justice Service, including Justice, Law, and Government Attorney groups, for Gazetted Third Class (Non-Technical) Section Officer or equivalent posts. The written examination for candidates whose applications have been approved with the Kathmandu Examination Center will be conducted on the dates, times, and examination venues mentioned below. This notice is published for the information of all concerned.

Additionally, candidates requiring an assistant writer must submit an application to this office at least 10 (ten) days before the examination start date, along with reasons and supporting documents, as per Rule 68(1) of the Public Service Commission Regulations, 2079. The matters that candidates must mandatorily comply with are mentioned in Note 1 below.

Note 1:

1. The examination will not be postponed as per the scheduled program without prior notice from the Commission.

2. Only a black ink pen (dot pen) must be used in the answer sheet.

3. Carrying bags, mobile phones, smartwatches, and other electronic devices into the examination hall is prohibited.

4. No candidate will be allowed to participate in the examination without an admit card; candidates must bring their admit card and arrive at the examination venue at least 1 hour before the examination starts.

5. Except for candidates whose applications were approved with the Kathmandu Examination Center and those whose examination center was changed to Kathmandu, candidates from other examination centers will not be allowed to participate in the examination.

6. Candidates must bring their admit card along with their citizenship certificate or a photo ID issued by the Government of Nepal.

7. Due to infectious diseases, candidates must arrange their own masks, sanitizers, and drinking water for personal use.
