In addition, the candidates who require an assistant writer should submit an application to this office 10 (ten) days before the date of commencement of the examination in accordance with Rule 68 (1) of the Public Service Commission Regulations, 2079, attaching documents with the reasons and evidence for requesting an assistant writer. The subjects to be followed compulsorily by the examinees are mentioned below in points 1 and 2.
Note -1:
a) Even if the day of examination falls on an unexpected holiday, without prior notice of the Commission, according to the scheduled schedule
The exam will not be postponed.
b) Only black ink should be used in the exam.
c) English Capital Letter when writing answers to objective multiple choice questions. Only answers written in A, B, C, D will be recognized.
d) Calculators cannot be used in objective multiple choice questions.
e) Mobile and electronic devices are prohibited in the examination hall.
f) Candidates must compulsorily go to the examination hall with their admit card.
g) He will not be allowed to participate in other examination centers except the designated examination center.
h) When appearing for the examination, the candidate should bring a certificate of Nepali citizenship or a photograph issued by the government office One must attend with a certificate.

Criteria related to examination conduct (conduction and administration) in special circumstances of infection, 2077 Accordingly, the examinees must fully comply with the following subjects.
a)You should arrive at the exam center one hour before the start of the exam.
b) A mask must be worn before entering the examination center. Also, the candidate himself/herself for his/her purpose Max, Sanitizer and drinking water will have to be arranged.
c) Sanity with each other without crowding when entering the examination centre, going to the toilet, and exiting the examination centre Physical distance should be maintained in order to comply with safety standards.
d) The instructions given by the manpower employed in the examination must be fully followed.
e) Candidates should not gather and talk in groups.
f) Candidates infected with Covid-19 will be given the exam at a special examination center in the building of the Public Service
