Notice Regarding Examination Center Arrangement for First Phase Written Exam for Kharidar or Equivalent (Non-Technical) Post
As per advertisement no. 12858–12862/081-82 (Open and Inclusive), under the joint and integrated examination system, Non-Gazetted Second Class (Non-Technical), Kharidar or equivalent post, the Public Service Commission, Pokhara Office has set the following exam centers for candidates whose applications have been approved to appear in the first phase written exam at Pokhara exam center.

If the exam day falls on a sudden public holiday, the exam will still be conducted as per the pre-announced schedule without further notice.

Mobile phones, calculators, smartwatches, and other electronic devices are strictly prohibited inside the exam hall.

Only black ink must be used in the examination.

Candidates must reach the exam center at least one hour before the exam starts.

Candidates must carry their admit card to the exam center.

Candidates must bring their original Nepali Citizenship Certificate or an original photo ID issued by a government office.

Candidates will not be allowed to take the exam at any center other than the one assigned.

Candidates requiring assistance from a scribe must submit an application to this office at least 10 days before the exam date with valid reason and documents as per Rule 68 (1) of the Public Service Commission Regulation, 2079.
Note 2: All candidates must fully comply with the provisions of the Examination Operation and Management Standards, 2077, during special circumstances such as outbreaks.
