Public Service Commission (PSC), Kathmandu Office Notice Regarding Examination Centers for the First Phase Written Examination of Section Officer or Equivalent (Non-Technical).
This notice is published for the information of all concerned regarding the first phase written examination of Section Officer or Equivalent (Non-Technical) under Advertisement No. 16701–16707/2081-82 (Open/Inclusive), Central Office, Public Service Commission. The exam will be conducted under the integrated examination system for Gazette Class III (Non-Technical) positions, except for Nepal Foreign Service, at the Kathmandu examination center.
Candidates whose applications have been approved will attend the examination on the following date, time, and designated centers.
Candidates requiring a support writer must submit a request with reasons and necessary documents in accordance with Rule 68 (1) of the Public Service Commission Regulations, 2079. The application must be submitted to this office at least 10 (ten) days before the examination date.

Roll Number Range and Exam Centers:
Candidates have been assigned to examination halls based on their roll numbers, ranging from 310001 to 323200.
A total of 67 examination centers have been designated across various schools and colleges in Kathmandu. Each center will accommodate up to 200 candidates.

Instructions for Candidates:

The examination will not be postponed without prior notice from the Commission.

Only black ink dot pens must be used in the OMR answer sheets.

Carrying bags, mobile phones, smartwatches, and other electronic devices into the examination hall is strictly prohibited. Calculators are not allowed.

Candidates without an admit card will not be allowed to appear in the examination. Arrive at the examination venue at least one hour before the start time.

Only candidates assigned to the Kathmandu center or those whose center has been changed to Kathmandu are allowed to appear. Others will not be admitted.

Carry a valid photo ID issued by the Government of Nepal (such as a citizenship certificate) along with the admit card.

Candidates must bring their own mask, sanitizer, and drinking water for personal safety.
