Lok Sewa Aayog Kathmandu Exam Center of Section Officer (Sakha Adhikrit)
The Public Service Commission (Lok Sewa Aayog) Central Office has issued an advertisement, numbered 16696-16702/078-79, for the recruitment of a Section Officer or similar posts under the Integrated Examination System. This notice is for the candidates whose online applications have been accepted at the Kathmandu Examination Center.
Examination Schedule: The first stage competitive written examination will be held as per the pre-determined examination schedule on the following date, time, and place. All candidates must take note of this notice.
Guidelines for Candidates: To ensure a smooth examination experience, candidates are advised to follow these guidelines:
- Assistance Writer: If a candidate requires an assistant writer, they must apply to the office following rule 68 (1) of the Public Service Commission Regulations, 2079. They must attach documents with reasons and proofs for requesting an assistant writer.
- Admit Card: Admit cards are mandatory for entry into the examination hall. Candidates without an admit card will not be admitted. They must arrive at the examination hall at least one hour before the commencement of the examination with the admit card and a citizenship or government-issued identity card.
- Objective Multiple-choice Questions: While writing the answer to the objective multiple-choice question, only the answer written in capital letter A, B, C, D will be recognized.
- Prohibited Items: Candidates are prohibited from carrying bags, mobile phones, calculators, and other electronic devices into the examination hall.
- Postponement of Examination: The examination will not be postponed, even if there is an unexpected holiday on the day of the examination, as per the schedule without prior notice from the Commission.
- Health Precautions: Before entering the examination center, the candidate should arrange at least a mask, sanitizer, and drinking water for themselves. Candidates should maintain physical distance from each other while entering and leaving the examination center without crowding. The instructions given by the manpower assigned to the examination must be fully followed.
