The Public Service Commission (PSC) at Dipayal Office, Rajpur, Doti, has issued an announcement concerning the examination hall arrangements for the upcoming written examination. This notification is to inform all relevant candidates about the examination details for various technical and health service posts.
Examination Details
- Position Focus: Non-Gazetted second-class (technical - Prabidhik Kharidar) positions, including Assistant Computer Operator, AMIN, AHW, Senior Game Scout, and similar fourth-level posts within health services.
- Reference: The notice references specific office advertisement numbers, services/groups, and sub-groups.
- Examination Venue: The written examinations will be conducted at the designated Dipayal Examination Center, in accordance with the pre-determined schedule set by the Commission.
Instructions for Candidates
- Adherence to Schedule: The exam will proceed on the announced date, regardless of any unexpected holidays, unless notified otherwise by the Commission.
- Arrival Time: Candidates must reach the examination hall one hour prior to the start of the exam.
- Admit Card: Collection of admit cards is mandatory and should be done from the PSC, Dipayal Office, a day before the exam.
- Prohibited Items: Personal belongings like bags, mobile phones, smartwatches, and other electronic gadgets are not allowed. Usage of calculators is also barred for objective multiple-choice questions.
- Writing Requirements: Use only black ink for the examination.
- Answering Format: Answers to multiple-choice questions must be indicated in capital letters (A, B, C, D).
Identification for Entry
- Candidates are required to present the admit card along with a valid Nepali citizenship certificate or a government-issued identity document with a photo to enter the examination hall.

- Self-Care Supplies: Candidates should bring their masks, sanitizers, and drinking water.
- Physical Distancing: It is imperative to maintain distance while entering, exiting, and using the facilities.
- Group Restrictions: Avoid congregating and adhere strictly to the instructions of the examination staff.
