As per Notice No. 181-182/2079-080 of the Commission, dated 2080/3/11, the advertisement was published, and in the context of Interim Order of the Honorable Supreme Court for Case No. 080-WO-0829, dated 2080/11/13, the promotions for various services, groups, and sub-groups under the Provincial Civil Service at the officer level seventh rank through seniority and performance evaluation were postponed. This postponement was as per the notice of the Commission dated 2080/11/16.
However, in reference to the Writ Order No. 080-WO-0032 of the Honorable High Court, Biratnagar, dated 2080/10/29, the “advertisement dated 2080/3/11 of the Public Service Commission, Koshi Province, Biratnagar, has been annulled by the Writ Order."
Therefore, concerning the applications for promotions in this newly published notice, considering the provisions in the Federal Civil Service Act, 2049, and the Provincial Civil Service Act, 2079, regarding the qualifications required for promotion, the commission has received an order to republish the promotion notice. As per the order, candidates who meet the required qualifications will be allowed to reapply for the promotion process.
In light of this, the previously submitted promotion applications will remain valid, and the conditions mentioned in the advertisement/notice dated 2080/3/11 will apply. Additionally, eligible candidates, as per the order of the High Court, can submit their applications by 2081/6/23. The Commission has decided to extend the deadline until 2081/6/23 for the submission of applications. This notice is published for the information of all concerned.

As per Notice No. 183/2079-080 of the Commission, dated 2080/3/11, the advertisement was published, and in reference to the Interim Order of the Honorable Supreme Court for Case No. 080-WO-0829, the examinations for various services, groups, sub-groups, and posts under the Provincial Civil Service at the officer level seventh rank were postponed as per the notice dated 2080/11/16.
As per the decision of the Commission dated 2081/6/8, the remaining examination schedule for the Officer Level Seventh Rank will be conducted as follows. This notice is published for the information of all concerned.
