In accordance with clause (b) of sub-section (2) of section 36 of the Karnali Public Service Commission (Operation) Guideline, 2078, by canceling his written examination and prohibiting him from being a candidate in all advertisements related to the filling of posts by this commission for the next 2 years under the same section of the Act.
