Notice Regarding Postponement of Written Examination Program for the Account Chief Position, Level 9, Administration Service, Accounting Group, Advertisement No. 81/2081-82 (Open) of Karnali Academy of Health Sciences (KAHS)
As per the advertisement published by Karnali Academy of Health Sciences on 2081/08/28, notice is hereby given to all concerned that the written examination program for the Account Chief position, Level 9, Administration Service, Accounting Group, Advertisement No. 81/2081-82 (Open), scheduled as per the examination program published on 2081/11/02, has been postponed. This is because an interim order was issued on 2081/11/19 in the name of the opposing party by the Hon'ble High Court Surkhet, Jumla Bench, in relation to Writ No. 081-WO-0015 filed regarding the said advertisement.
The order states that the work proceedings related to the above advertisement should not be implemented until the final resolution of the case. As requested by the Academy, the written examination program for the mentioned position has been postponed until further notice, as per the decision dated 2081/12/11. This notice is published for the information of all concerned.
