The Karmachari Sanchaya Kosh has announced the schedule for its Internal and Open Examination. This notice has been published for the information of all concerned. The examination center will have a special facility for candidates infected with Covid-19. Therefore, it is mandatory for them to inform the Employee Provident Fund at least 3 hours before the examination.
The rules for the examination have also been announced. Candidates must use only dot pen/pen with black ink on the answer sheet. Admit cards are compulsory for entry into the examination hall, and candidates without them will not be allowed to appear for the examination. Bags and mobiles are not allowed in the exam building.
Even if there is an unexpected holiday on the day of the examination, the scheduled examination program will not be postponed without the prior notice of the Commission. For objective multiple-choice questions, only English capital letters A, B, C, D, E will be recognized.
In addition, candidates must bring their citizenship or a photo ID card issued by the government of Nepal along with the admit card issued by the relevant body. The examination will be conducted in accordance with the norms related to examination (operation and management), 2077 (Third Amendment) issued by the Commission in special cases of transition. All candidates must fill the self-declaration form regarding their health condition through electronic means on the website of the Employee Welfare Fund.
Candidates must wear masks and bring sanitizer and drinking water before entering the examination center. They should arrive at the examination center one hour before the scheduled time for the examination. Candidates must go to the designated place without crowding and maintain a distance of 2 meters when entering the examination center, leaving, and using the toilet. They should not gather and talk in groups.
Finally, the instructions given by the personnel assigned to the examination must be fully followed. These rules are important for the smooth conduct of the examination and the safety of all candidates.
