Key Examination Guidelines
- Use of Writing Instruments: Candidates must use a dot pen or pen with black ink on the answer sheet. This is crucial for the clarity and legibility of answers.
- Admit Card Requirement: Entrance to the examination hall is strictly with the admit card only. Candidates must bring their admit card and arrive at the examination hall at least one hour before the examination starts.
- Prohibited Items: Bags, mobile phones, and other electronic devices are not allowed in the examination hall. This rule helps maintain the integrity and security of the examination environment.
- Examination Schedule Adherence: The examination schedule will be followed as planned, even if there is an unexpected holiday. Any changes will be communicated through official notice from the Commission.
- Answering Objective Questions: For objective multiple-choice questions, answers must be written in capital letters (A, B, C, D). This ensures clarity in answer recognition.
- Identification Requirement: Along with the admit card, candidates must bring their citizenship card or a government-issued identity card from Nepal. This is necessary for verification purposes.
- Compliance with Examination Norms: The examination will be conducted in compliance with the norms related to Examination (Operation and Management), 2077 (Third Amendment) issued by the Commission. This ensures the examination is fair and standardized.
