
Far Western University (FWU), Office of the Controller of Examinations, Mahendranagar, Kanchanpur, Notice Regarding Online Examination Form Submission for Bachelor Level First Semester Candidates.
This notice is published for the information of all concerned regarding the regular and partial examination of the First Semester Bachelor level, conducted under the semester system by Far Western University, Office of the Controller of Examinations, Mahendranagar, Kanchanpur. Students must visit the official website of this office: www.fwuexam.edu.np and click on the Online Portal or directly visit www.exam.fwu.edu.np, log in, and enter their details as mentioned below by 2081 Chaitra 29.
Instructions:

While filling the form, only the subjects prescribed by the university's regulations and syllabus (approved subjects) must be selected. The Office of the Controller of Examinations will not be responsible for any discrepancies.

Visit the Online Portal via www.fwuexam.edu.np or go to www.exam.fwu.edu.np.
For first-time login:-
Username: Your registration number (e.g., HU-2025-1-10000)

Password: Your date of birth in the format YYYY/MM/DD
After logging in for the first time, students must change their password. -
In the Current Password Box, enter the same password (date of birth).

In the New Password Box, enter a new password and re-enter it in the Confirm New Password Box, then click on Save Changes.
After changing the password, log in again using your registration number and new password.

On the right side of the page:

Upload a passport-sized photograph with both ears clearly visible and a clean background (Max 2MB, .jpg or .png format).

Upload your signature on a plain white paper (Max 2MB, .jpg or .png format) in the second box.

On the left side Dashboard, click on Exam Forms or the icon that looks like a pencil. Then select your faculty, level, semester, and the exam schedule, and click on the Pay Rs. 800 button.

For students with practical subjects only:

Below the Practical Subjects section, select the number of practical subjects.

The practical fee is Rs. 200 per subject per semester.

If the number of practical subjects is incorrect, the form will not be submitted.

Students without practical subjects can skip this step.

To make the payment, click on the Connect IPS or Khalti App icon, enter your respective ID/Username and Password, and click on Submit.

After payment, all subjects for the semester will be displayed.

Tick the relevant subjects under the Theory and/or Practical columns.

If incorrect subjects are selected, you will not be allowed to sit for the exam.

Each student must visit their department or campus to confirm the subject names and code numbers.

The Office of the Controller of Examinations will not be responsible for any mistakes.

Regular candidates must select only the subject codes ending with āNā (e.g., CSIT.111N, CENG 101N, Eng 111N, MGT 111N, C.Eng. 110N, COM 111N).

After selecting the subjects, click on Submit Application at the bottom.

Forms can still be filled within 7 days after the deadline by paying double the regular fee.

Campuses/departments must verify the forms submitted by their students and input the internal assessment scores of regular students before submission.
