Note:
(1) There will be no re-arrangement for the examinees who remain absent in the exam according to the above examination schedule.
(2) The exams will not be postponed without prior notice from Tribhuvan University, even in the case of unexpected holidays.
(3) If any subject or paper to be examined is missed or clashes in the examination schedule, it should be reported to this office within 7 days from the date published on the program. Otherwise, the exam will be conducted according to this schedule.
(4) For practical exams, please contact your respective campus.
(5) Examinees must bring their own log tables, Goswara vouchers, graph papers, charts, etc., and use them with prior approval from the exam superintendent.
(6) The respective campus must complete the practical and internal assessments within one month after the theoretical exams and submit the marks, answer sheets, and attendance to this office mandatorily.
(7) Mobile phones, smartwatches, Bluetooth devices, digital diaries, and other prohibited items are not allowed inside the examination hall. Otherwise, the exam superintendent can confiscate such items.
(8) As per the exam application form notice, only the subjects specified by the rules and curriculum under Tribhuvan University should be filled in the exam application form, and it should be ensured which course you have to take the exam for. If otherwise, the campus or the student will be responsible.
(9) If the exam is given from a center other than the assigned exam center, the exam will be automatically canceled.
