Examination Notice of Pokhara University Controller of Examinations:
In addition to the essential services from 23rd March 2020 (2076-12-10), the Honorable Prime Minister addressed the nation on 20th March 2020 (2077-12-07) for the control and prevention of possible transmission of Coronavirus (COVID 19) worldwide. Due to the postponement of regular classes, examinations, and other educational activities in all the colleges and educational institutions under the University, the Government of Nepal has closed down all the bodies from 24th March 2020 (2076-12-11) due to the nationwide strike. All the offices of the university have been open since 03-01-01 BS and the announcement made by the Government of Nepal on 21st July 2020 (2077-04-06) that the woodshed has ended across the country is known to all.
The students are still scattered in different parts of the country and the long-distance public transport will be operated from 17th August 2020 (2077 Bhadra 1) by the Government of Nepal. This is in line with the health guidelines issued by the Government of Nepal. This information has been published for the information of all the students, parents, and stakeholders regarding the necessary preparations related to the examination which is being carried out starting from the second week of the month of September 2020 (end of Bhadra 2077 BS) and will be completed soon.
As soon as the Vice-Chancellor, Registrar, Controller of Examinations, and other important officials who are currently vacant in the University are appointed, detailed information related to the examination and examination schedule will be published. Students, teachers, and colleges are kindly requested to get involved in the preparation of their work related to the examination.
