Diploma Level Semester Exam Application Form Open 2081 from CTEVT

Council for Technical Education and Vocational Training (CTEVT), Office of the Controller of Examinations, Sanothimi, Bhaktapur's Notice Regarding Filling Out Application Forms for Diploma Level Semester Examinations

Since the regular and partial examinations of the first year second part and the second year second part of the Diploma in Engineering programs, Hotel Management, Food and Dairy Technology, Social Works, Entrepreneurship Development, and Agriculture (Crop Science and Animal Science) under the semester examination system in the Constituent, Partnership, Community Schools, and Private Level teaching institutions of CTEVT are to be conducted in the month of Bhadra / Ashoj, the examinees are requested to fill out and submit the examination application form by the 24th of Shrawan, 2081, within the regular fee and by the 31st of Shrawan, 2081, with the late fee. Therefore, this notice is published for the concerned teaching institutions to compulsorily fill out the examination application forms.

Under the Special Scholarship Program in Technical Education (Dalit, Muslim, and Economically Disadvantaged), the regular/partial examinations of the first year second part and the second year second part of the Diploma in Civil, Civil (Specialization in Hydropower), Automobile, Geomatics, Electrical, Electrical and Electronics Engineering, Refrigeration and Air Conditioning, Information Technology, Food and Dairy Technology, Hotel Management, Entrepreneurship Development, and Agriculture (Crop Science and Animal Science) programs will also be conducted at the same time. Therefore, it is requested to fill out the application forms within the above-mentioned date and time.

Also, it is informed to all concerned that students of teaching institutions that do not fulfill the following conditions and do not submit the application form within the specified time will not be allowed to participate in the examination.

Conditions:

(1) The educational institutions must print the regular/partial examination application forms of all programs registered from the academic session 2075/076 (AD 2018) in ITMS Online from their user login, print them on A4 size paper (white for regular and yellow for partial) and distribute them to the examinees.

(2) For regular examinations, the constituent, community, and partnership teaching institutions with the council will charge Rs. 500 per student and Rs. 2,000 for private teaching institutions. The double fee will be charged for the late fee per student. If the form entry is not done within the time of the regular fee, the late fee will also be charged.

(3) For partial examinees, an examination fee of Rs. 300 for one theoretical or practical subject and Rs. 150 for each additional theoretical or practical subject will be charged within the regular fee, and the double fee per student will be charged for the late fee.

(4) The concerned teaching institutions must submit the application forms by categorizing them into separate files for regular and partial, new, and old curriculum, and submitting the receipts of the fees to the provincial offices of the council within the specified date.

(5) The concerned teaching institutions must compulsorily deposit the amount for the examination application fee in the bank account of the relevant provincial office the day after the deadline for the regular fee and the late fee and upload the original bank voucher in ITMS Online.

(6) The examinees who receive regular scholarships and classified scholarships will not be charged an examination fee.

(7) For partial examinees, only students enrolled and registered from the academic session 2075/076 (AD 2018) will be allowed to fill out the examination application forms. All program forms must be entered in the Web-Based Online System, arranged according to the program, and attached with a printed copy.

(8) For partial examinees, the internal assessment marks of only those who have failed the internal assessment examination (NQ) must be entered in the examination form and the Web-Based Online System, and a printed copy must be submitted with the signature and stamp.

(9) The examination application forms of regular/semester system examinees must be entered in the Web-Based Online System, arranged according to the program, and attached with a printed copy of the internal assessment and consolidated forms.

(10) Only the examinees who pass the internal assessment examination will be allowed to participate in the final examination. If the examinees who failed the internal assessment examination (NQ) appear in the examination by mentioning the failed subject, their examination in that subject will be automatically canceled.

(11) For students registered from other educational institutions, the name of the institution must be mentioned in the examination application form, and the transfer letter must be attached.

(12) The bank account details of the council's provincial offices for depositing the fee amount are as follows:

If the fee is not deposited within the specified time, the double fee must be paid.

Note:

(1) The date for submitting the examination application form by the trainees to the concerned educational institution is from 2081/04/11 to 2081/04/24 until 3:00 PM,

(2) The educational institution will enter the regular fee in ITMS Online from 2081/04/15 to 2081/04/24,

(3) The last date for the educational institution to deposit the examination application fee in the bank for the regular fee is 2081/04/25,

(4) The date for the trainees to submit the examination application form to the concerned educational institution with the late fee is from 2081/04/25 to 2081/04/31,

(5) The educational institution will enter the late fee in ITMS Online from 2081/04/26 to 2081/04/31,

(6) The last date for the educational institution to deposit the late fee in the bank is 2081/04/32,

(7) To generate the symbol number all at once, the educational institutions must complete the entry of the examination application form in the Web-Based Online System within the regular fee by 2081/04/24 and the late fee by 2081/04/31,

(8) All educational institutions must compulsorily complete the training work according to the curriculum load determined by the curriculum,

(9) The examination application forms filled within the regular and late fees must be submitted to the relevant council's provincial office by 2081/05/05.
