Diploma Level Partial, Regular, and Dental Conversation Exam Routine - CTEVT:
Examination Notice for Regular/ Partial semester and Dental Conversion Course of Diploma Level of Technical Education and Vocational Training Council (CTEVT), Examination Controller Office, Sanothimi, Bhaktapur.
Diploma Program (Diploma in Engineering Civil) under the Semester Examination System of the candidates who have filled the examination application form as per the notice published by the Council of Technical Education and Vocational Training, Examination Control Office, Sanothimi, Bhaktapur on 2076-10-19. Diploma Level programs (Diploma in Engineering Civil, Architecture, Refrigerator, and AC Mechanical, Electrical, Electrical and Electronics, Automobile, Electronics, Geometrics, Computer, Hydropower, Food and Dairy Technology, Information Technology, Hotel Technology) First Semester of First Year, First Semester of Second Year and First Semester of Third Year.
According to the notice published in Gorkhapatra Rashtriya Dainik on 2076-09-13 about filling the examination application form; The regular/partial examinations of the Dental Conversion Program, which have been postponed from 2076-12-06, will be conducted in the pre-determined examination centers from 2:00 pm on 2077-08-08 following the health safety norms prescribed by the Government of Nepal, State Government, and Local Government. This notice has been published for the information of all concerned.
Note:
1) If there is a quarantine or isolation center in the educational institution or if the examination center has to be changed due to any other reason, it will be informed through public notice one week before the start date of the examination.
2) No further arrangement will be made for the candidates who are absent from the examination as per the prescribed schedule and leave the examination for any reason.
If an examinee has to sit in Home Isolation or Institutional Isolation due to the positive result of Covid-19 due to Covid-19, a separate examination will be arranged for such examinees later after submitting the proof.
3) As the experimental examination will be conducted in the concerned institutions after the completion of the theoretical examination, the concerned educational institution shall prepare the examination schedule of the experimental examination and conduct it with the approval of the concerned provincial office.
4) Log Book / Psychometric Chart can be taken to the examination hall only with the permission of the inspector.
5) CTEVT, Examination Controller's Office will not postpone the examination even if there is any unexpected leave without prior notice.
6) Examination should be given only from the specified examination center. The examination center cannot be changed.
7) If you miss or miss the exam, you should contact the Examination Controller's Office within 7 days from the date of publication of the notice.
