The third year of the Council's constituent, Partnership, Community School and Private Diploma in Engineering, Food and Dairy Technology, Hotel Management and IT program, and the third year of Certificate level Nursing, General Medicine, Agriculture, Lab Technician, Radiography, Homeopathy, Dental Science (Dental) Hygiene), Diploma in Pharmacy, Ophthalmic Science, General Ayurvedic Medicine, Forestry and As the opportunity for one of the theoretical or experimental subjects according to the Regulation 2071 of the Acupuncture Program will be conducted in the month 2076/12/06, the concerned candidates filled out the application form at the relevant educational institutes within 2076/11/29 and the delayed charges within 2076/11/06. This notice has been published for submission.
This notice is published for all information regarding the conduct of students who are not fulfilling the application form within the stipulated time and students who do not submit the application form within the stipulated time.
Terms:
1. All the details mentioned in the examination application form must be filled in. The application form has to be pasted with 3 copies of the passport-sized passport-sized face with both ears of the candidate's recently drawn ear. The examination application form must be filled up with a copy of the completed form in Soft Copy Excel 7.0 and two copies of Hard Copy (Printed Copy) must also be attached to the form.
2. The examination application form fee per theoretical or experimental subject is Rs. 300 / - will have to be submitted.
3. The concerned educational institutions must submit the regular application fee on the date of 2076/11/30 and the amount of the delay fee within the date 2076/11/30.
4. Under the Semester Examination System, conducted in 2076 Shrawan / Bhadra Month, only the candidates who are involved in the third year second section and the third year regular examination under the annual examination system will be allowed to die and the copy of the Result Sheet of that regular examination must be attached to the application form.
5. For the semester examination system, first-year first and second semester, second-year first and second semester and third-year first semester regular students will be allowed to fill the application form for the same subject only after failing in the third year second section. Only students who pass the first and two-year exams regularly to the Annual Examination System will have the opportunity to apply for the subject in the third year examination. The first and second-year pass through the semester examination system, second-year first and second semester and third-year first semester and the first and second year passed the annual examination system.
A copy of the Ledger must be attached to the application form. If the applicants who have failed the first year first and second section second year first and second section and third-year first and third-year first semester and the second and third year for the semester examination system fill in the application form, the examination will be canceled automatically.
6. In the case of students who are registered with other institutions, the name of the institution should be mentioned in the examination application form and a shadow copy of the transfer permit should also be attached.

8. The admit card will not be included without the examination. Therefore, the relevant educational institutions have to understand the admit card within the stipulated time.
