CTEVT Special Scholarship Exam Form Notice – Diploma Level
Council for Technical Education and Vocational Training (CTEVT), Examination Control Office, Sanothimi, Bhaktapur, Urgent Notice for Examination Form Submission Diploma/Certificate Level Semester System – Special Scholarship Program
This is to inform all concerned that under the Special Scholarship Program in technical education, students admitted in Baisakh 2080 to CTEVT’s constituent schools in the Diploma in Agriculture (Plant Science and Animal Science), Diploma in Civil, Biomedical, Civil (Specialization in Hydropower), and Geomatics Engineering programs under the semester system must submit their examination forms for the upcoming exams to be held in Jestha.
The candidates from the first year second part (partial) and second year second part (regular) must submit the examination forms to their respective institutions by 7 Baisakh 2082 with regular fees and by 14 Baisakh 2082 with late fees. Educational institutions are required to make sure that all eligible candidates fill and submit the forms within the mentioned deadlines.
Failure to submit the forms within the given dates or not meeting the following conditions will disqualify students from participating in the examination. Branches and responsible staff are requested to actively support in managing the examination process and ensuring all eligible candidates submit their forms on time.
Conditions:

Institutions must log in to ITMS Online using their user credentials, print the examination forms, and distribute them to students.

Last date for institutions to accept examination forms with regular fees and enter data into ITMS Online: 2082/01/07

Institutions must deposit fees into the respective CTEVT Provincial Office account by 2082/01/08 and upload the bank voucher in ITMS Online on the same day.

Last date for accepting examination forms with late fees and entering them in ITMS Online: 2082/01/14

Institutions must deposit late fee payments into the CTEVT Provincial Office account by 2082/01/15 and upload the bank voucher in ITMS Online on the same day.

Deadline for submitting complete files, including vouchers and required documents, to the respective CTEVT Provincial Office: 2082/01/17
