Council for Technical Education and Vocational Training (CTEVT) Examination Control Office, Sanothimi, Bhaktapur Urgent Notice Regarding Registration Number Updates for the Academic Session 2081/082
The Examination Control Office of the CTEVT informs all Diploma/Certificate level and Pre-Diploma level, students, that their registration numbers will change effective from the academic session 2081/082.
This change is implemented following the Examination Committee's decision on 2081/06/07 to approve a new registration number format.
New Registration Number Format:
Example: 81 1 20100001
- 81: Last two digits of the registration year.
- 1: Federal/Provincial Code (Province 1).
- 2: Level (Pre-Diploma (1), Diploma (2), and Diploma & Certificate (3)).
- 010: Campus/Program Code.
- 00001: Student’s unique registration number.
