CTEVT Annual Examination Application Process for Pre-Diploma Trainees
The Council for Technical Education and Vocational Training (CTEVT), Examination Control Office, Sanothimi, Bhaktapur, has released an essential notice for all regular trainees enrolled in their pre-diploma courses. This comprehensive guide will help you understand the procedure for filling the examination application form for the annual examination, which is due to be held in August.
Who Can Apply?
- Students of CTEVT approved Pre-Diploma (Former Technician SLC) level courses.
- Trainees enrolled in the technical education in community schools (TECS) program.
- Students from all private institutions affiliated with or approved by CTEVT.
Application Procedure

Collect Your Examination Application Form: Obtain the form for the regular trainees' examination.

Fulfill the Required Conditions: Make sure to adhere to the conditions as detailed in notice point no. 1.

Submit the Application Form: Along with the form, provide the bank voucher of the examination fee, as mentioned in point 8 of the notice.

Pay Close Attention to Deadlines: Ensure to submit the form within the specified timeframe. If not, you will be disqualified from the examination.

Additional Information for Industrial Trainees: The industrial trainees registered under the 24-month program during the academic session 2078/079 should also fill the examination application form in accordance with this notice.

Deadline for Submission
- Regular fee deadline: Forms must be submitted between 2080/04/09 and 2080/04/29 by 3:00 pm.
- Late fee deadline (double fee): Forms can be submitted between 2080/04/30 and 080/05/04.
Submission Procedure and Examination Fee

Examination Application Form: Use your institution's user ID to log into the ITMS Online system. Print the form on white paper for distribution to candidates.

Examination Fee: Regular scholarship and classified scholarship holders are exempt from the examination fee. For private schools, each regular trainee is charged Rs.2,000/- (examination fee Rs.1,700, operational evaluation (OJT) Rs.300/-). Regular trainees of council-affiliated, partnership, and TECS program schools are charged Rs.1,000/- per trainee.

Bank Account Details: The examination fee should be deposited into the account of the respective provincial offices of the council (see list below). After depositing the amount, upload the bank voucher to ITMS Online. Following approval by the provincial office, print the admit cards of the candidates on white paper.

Internal Assessment and Eligibility: A certified copy of the internal assessment results must be submitted. Candidates who qualify the internal assessment test are eligible for the final examination. Note that the examination of a subject will be automatically canceled if a candidate fails in that subject's internal assessment.

Application Form Submission: Forms should be submitted through the concerned educational institution. Individual submissions will not be accepted.
Admit Card Distribution and Examination Inclusion
The admit card issued by the council, Province office must be distributed to the candidates. Candidates without an admit card will not be included in the exam.
Important Notice
- To generate a lump sum symbol number, examination application forms must be entered in the Web Based Online System by 2080/04/29 for regular fee and by 2080/05/04 for late fee.
- The regular and late examination application forms must be submitted simultaneously to the concerned council, Province office by 2080/05/08.
