CTEVT Notice: Annual Examination Application for Pre-Diploma Level in Automobile and Survey Engineering Programs

Council for Technical Education and Vocational Training (CTEVT), Examination Control Office, Sanothimi, Bhaktapur Urgent Information Regarding Examination Form Submission for Regular Pre-Diploma Programs.

CTEVT hereby informs all affiliated, partnership, community schools conducting Technical Education (TECS) programs, and private institutions approved to run 15+3 months Pre-Diploma programs (Automobile and Survey Engineering), to collect and submit examination forms for regular trainees for the exams scheduled in Mangsir/Poush. Forms must be submitted in compliance with Condition No. 1 and accompanied by the required fee as stated in Condition No. 8.

Failure to meet the conditions or submit forms within the stipulated timeframe will result in disqualification from the examination.

Conditions for Submission:

1. Submission Deadlines:

   • Regular Fee: From 2081/07/30 to 2081/08/13 by 3:00 PM.

   • Late Fee (Double Fee): From 2081/08/14 to 2081/08/20.

2. Form Distribution:
   Forms must be printed on plain paper through ITMS Online using the institution’s User ID and distributed to trainees.

3. Scholarship Candidates:
   Regular, talented, and classified scholarship candidates are exempt from examination fees.

4. Internal Assessment Marks:
   Internal assessment scores must be entered in the web-based system, certified with an official seal, and filed with a printed copy. Changes to scores after entry will not be entertained.

5. Documentation:
   Examination forms and internal assessment and summary forms must be submitted in sequential order.

6. Eligibility for Final Examination:
   Only trainees who pass the internal assessment are eligible. Forms submitted for failed subjects will automatically cancel the corresponding exams.

7. Submission Through Institutions:
   Individual submission of forms is not allowed. Forms must be submitted via the respective institution.

8. Examination Fees:

   • Private Institutions: NPR 2,000 per trainee (Exam Fee: NPR 1,700; OJT: NPR 300).

   • TECS Programs: NPR 1,000 per trainee.

   Bank Account Details: 
   Examination fees must be deposited into the respective provincial office accounts of Rastriya Banijya Bank.

9. Admit Card Distribution:
   The provincial office will issue admit cards after the fee deposit and submission of bank vouchers through ITMS Online. Institutions must print and distribute admit cards to trainees by 2081/08/23.

Important Notes:

1. Examination forms must be entered into the web-based system by the respective institutions within the deadlines mentioned above.

2. Regular and late application forms must be submitted to the respective provincial offices by 2081/08/23.
