Council for Technical Education and Vocational Training Examination Control Office Sanothimi, Bhaktapur Important Notice Regarding the Schedule of the One Subject Chance Examination for Diploma/Certificate Level 2081
The Council for Technical Education and Vocational Training, Examination Control Office, Sanothimi, Bhaktapur, has published an important notice regarding the schedule for the one subject chance examination. This notice is for students studying in the third year, or second part of Diploma and Certificate levels in public, partnership, community schools, and private schools operating special scholarship programs who have failed in only one subject as per the semester examination system.
Students in the following fields of Diploma level - Civil, Hydropower, Electrical, Computer, Electronics, Mechanical, Automobile, Electrical and Electronics, Architecture, Information Technology, Geomatics, Mechanical, Ref & AC, Social Work, and Food and Dairy Technology - are informed that the detailed examination schedule for the one subject chance (partial) examination will be published on 2081 Asar 15 at 7:00 AM in Gorkhapatra daily and the Council’s website www.ctevtexam.org.np.

Note:
- According to the above schedule, examinees who are absent from the examination or miss the examination for any reason will not be rescheduled for the examination.
- The Engineering Drawing examination will be conducted by the respective institutions themselves, so the necessary arrangements should be made by the institutions.
- Only the Log Book/Psychometric Chart approved by the inspector can be taken to the examination hall.
- According to the notice published on 2081/02/03 regarding the application form for the examination, students who missed the opportunity to fill out the application form for one subject chance examination under the semester examination system must submit the completed application form along with the late fee to their respective institutions between 2081/03/04 and 2081/03/06. The institutions must complete the ITMS online entry on the same day. The institutions must submit the collected fee along with the application form to the Examination Control Office by 2081/03/07.
- The examination will not be postponed due to any unforeseen circumstances without prior notice.
