Important Notice Regarding CTEVT One Subject Chance Exam Application Process

The Council for Technical Education and Vocational Training (CTEVT), Office of Control of Examinations based in Sanothimi, Bhaktapur, has issued a key announcement concerning the submission of examination application forms for one subject chance examination. The notice is aimed at students who have undertaken technical education programs, which include engineering, information technology, hotel management, food and dairy technology, social works programs, and special scholarship programs.

Examination Eligibility

The opportunity to sit for the chance examination pertains specifically to students who have completed their first, second, and third year first semester but unfortunately did not pass one theoretical subject in their third year second semester. The chance examination will be held in the month of Bhadra, 2080. The following conditions are crucial to the application process:

1. Examination Application Form Acquisition: Schools are required to access and print the exam application forms via ITMS Online.

2. Application Form Fee: The examination application form carries a fee of Rs. 300.

3. Fee Submission: The application fee needs to be paid to the council’s bank account by the relevant educational institutions no later than 2080/04/24 for regular fees and by 2080/04/29 for late fees.

4. Previous Results Requirement: Eligible candidates must have failed only one subject in the regular examination of the third year second semester. A copy of the result sheet from the regular examination must accompany the application form.

5. Enrollment Validation: Only candidates registered in the year 2076 (2019) and failed in only one subject in the third year second semester are eligible. All semester mark sheets must be attached with the application form.

6. Submission Procedure: Application forms should be submitted to the council's respective provincial offices via the students' respective schools.

7. Admit Card Essential: The admit card is a compulsory document for exam admittance. Candidates should collect it from their respective schools within the specified time.

8. Examination Details: The dates and centers for the examination will be announced at a later date.

9. Online Form Submission: Examination forms for regular and late fee applicants must be submitted in the Web Based Online System within office hours on 2080/04/23.

10. Record Keeping: Educational institutions must maintain a file of all application-related documents and submit it to the concerned council provincial office within the office hours on 2080/04/30.
