Council for Technical Education and Vocational Training (CTEVT), Examination Control Office (OCE), Sanothimi, Bhaktapur Urgent Notice Regarding the Submission of Application Forms for Regular/Partial Annual/Final Examinations of Various Programs under Pre-Diploma (Former Technical SLC) Level
This notice is published to inform all concerned institutions and trainees that trainees from Constituent, Partnership, Community Schools running Technical Education (TECS) programs, and private institutions affiliated/approved by CTEVT must fill out the exam application forms for the upcoming examinations to be held in Kartik/Mangsir.
These forms must be submitted by the specified deadline in accordance with condition no. 1 mentioned below and along with the bank voucher for the exam fee as per condition no. 14.
It is also informed that trainees who fail to meet the specified conditions and submit the form within the given time will not be allowed to participate in the examination.
Additionally, trainees registered under the Special Scholarship Program in Technical Education for the academic session 2080/081 and trainees registered under the 24-month Industrial Apprenticeship Program for the academic session 2079/080 must also submit their exam application forms according to this notice.
Programs and Groups for Examination:
(a) All regular groups that completed training in the academic session 2080/081 under the Pre-Diploma (Former Technical SLC) level programs (12+6 months duration) and trainees registered in the academic session 2079/080 for the 24-month Industrial Apprenticeship programs.
- Special Scholarship Program: Civil Engineering, Electrical Engineering, Mechanical Engineering, Automobile Engineering, LP/AH, Agriculture (Plant Science), Veterinary Science, Culinary Arts, Forestry.
- 12+6 Months Program: Livestock Production/Animal Health, Veterinary Science, Agriculture (Plant Science), Civil Engineering, Computer Engineering, Electrical Engineering, Mechanical Engineering, Electronics Engineering, Refrigeration & AC Engineering, Water Supply & Sanitary Engineering, Culinary Arts, Hotel Management, Computer Application & Secretarial Management, Social Mobilization and Entrepreneurship Development.
- (Back Only) 15+3 Months Program: Automobile Engineering and Survey Engineering.
- 24 Months Apprenticeship Program: Electrical Engineering, Mechanical Engineering, Automobile Engineering, Information Technology, Hotel Management, Civil Engineering Building Construction, and Tea Technology, and Early Childhood Development (ECD) Facilitation.
Conditions:

The final date for trainees to submit the exam application forms to the respective institutions is from 2081.05.11 to 2081.05.30 for regular fees and from 2081.05.31 to 2081.06.06 for late fees (double fees). The institutions must distribute the exam application forms, printed on white paper for regular and yellow paper for partial forms, through ITMS Online for all registered programs from the academic sessions 2077/078 (AD 2020) for 18-month programs and 2076/077 (AD 2019) for 24-month programs.

Regular and classified scholarship recipients will not be charged an exam fee.

Only those trainees registered in the 18-month programs from the academic session 2077/078 (AD 2020) and the 24-month Industrial Apprenticeship programs from the academic session 2076/077 will be allowed to fill out the exam application forms.

The internal assessment marks for regular trainees must be entered into the Web-based online system, and a certified printed copy must be filed and submitted. Once the internal assessment marks are entered, they cannot be changed.

For partial trainees from the academic sessions 2077/078 (AD 2020) for 18-month programs and 2076/077 (AD 2019) for 24-month programs, only the internal assessment marks of those who failed the internal exams (NQ) must be entered into the Web-based online system, and a certified printed copy must be submitted.

The exam application forms for regular trainees must be entered into the Web-based online system, organized according to the program, and submitted along with the Internal Assessment and comprehensive form's printed copy.

For all programs registered from the academic session 2077/078 (AD 2020) onward, the Online application forms must be entered into the Web-based online system, organized according to the program, and submitted along with the Internal Assessment and comprehensive form's printed copy.

Only those who pass the internal assessment exams will be allowed to participate in the final examination. If a trainee who failed the internal assessment exam (NQ) participates in the final exam, the exam for that subject will be automatically canceled.

Exam application forms will not be accepted individually. They must be submitted through the respective educational institutions.

The exam fees must be deposited into the respective bank accounts of the CTEVT Provincial Offices. For private institutions, the exam fee per trainee is NPR 2,000 (NPR 1,700 as exam fee and NPR 300 for On-the-Job Training [OJT]). For regular trainees from constituent, partnership, and TECS programs, the fee per trainee is NPR 1,000. For partial trainees, the fee is NPR 200 per subject and NPR 150 for each additional subject.

Institutions must deposit the exam fee into the respective provincial office’s bank account by the next day following the final date for regular and late fee submission and upload the voucher to the ITMS Online system on the same day. All regular and late exam application forms must be submitted to the respective CTEVT Provincial Offices by 2081 Ashoj 10.
- The admit cards for trainees must be printed from the ITMS Online system on white paper for regular and yellow paper for partial candidates and must be certified by the Provincial Office before distribution to the trainees. Trainees without admit cards will not be allowed to participate in the examination.
Note:
- As symbol numbers must be generated at once, institutions must complete the entry of regular fee application forms into the Web-Based Online System by 2081.05.31 and late fee forms by 2081.06.07.
- All regular and late exam application forms must be submitted to the respective CTEVT Provincial Offices by 2081 Ashoj 10. This notice can also be viewed on www.ctevtexam.org.np.
