CTEVT Exam Schedule for Diploma Level 2080
The Council for Technical Education and Vocational Training (CTEVT), Examination Control Office, Sanothimi, Bhaktapur, has released a pivotal notification regarding the exam schedule for Diploma Level Regular / Part Semester Examination. This communication specifically pertains to Diploma in Engineering, Food and Dairy Technology, conducted in private, partnership, and community schools, as well as private level educational institutions.
Key Exam Details
The exams in focus are related to Technology, Hotel Management, Social Works, and Entrepreneurship Development programs for the second year, first section and the third year, first section. The schedule will kick off from 7:00 am on 2080/05/18.
Students under the special scholarship program (specifically Dalit, Muslim, Endangered Caste, and Earthquake Affected) pursuing a Diploma in Engineering are also included in this notice. The procedures for their exams will run according to the same schedule.
Important Notes
- Absence from Examination: No special arrangements will be made for candidates who are absent or leave the examination for any reason.
- Practical Examination: Practical exams will be conducted in the respective educational institution. The school is responsible for scheduling and gaining approval from the relevant provincial office.
- Use of Log Book/Psychometric Chart: These materials can be taken to the exam hall only with the invigilator's permission.
- Unforeseen Holidays: The examination will not be postponed for unexpected leave unless the council gives prior notice.
- Examination Center: The exam should be conducted only from the designated examination center. Examination centers cannot be changed.
- Joining or Missing Exams: Any queries regarding joining or missing the exams should be addressed to the examination control office within 7 days from the notice publication date.
- Late Application Fee: According to the notification, candidates who fail to fill in the application form by 2080/04/22 will be charged a late fee. The application form must be submitted to the school, which should complete the entry on the ITMS online on the same day.
- Practical Exam Submission: As per the Practical Examination Management Guideline, 2079, the practical examination results should be submitted to the examination control office within 15 days after the completion of the theoretical exam.
