CTEVT Examination Guidelines: Important Instructions for Candidates
The Council for Technical Education and Vocational Training (CTEVT) has outlined several important guidelines for candidates participating in the upcoming examinations. These instructions are crucial for ensuring a smooth examination process. Here are the key points to note:

No Re-Examination for Absentees:
- Candidates who are absent or leave the examination for any reason will not have another opportunity to take the exam as per the scheduled program.

Practical Exam Arrangements:
- Practical exams will be conducted in respective educational institutions.
- Institutions must prepare the exam schedule for the practical exam and get it approved by the relevant provincial office.

Use of Log Book/Psychometric Chart:
- Candidates are allowed to bring a log book or psychometric chart into the exam hall only with the permission of the invigilator.

Examination Schedule:
- The examination will proceed as scheduled, even in the case of unexpected leave, unless there is prior notice from the council.

Designated Examination Centers:
- Candidates must take the exam only at the designated examination center. Changing the examination center is not permitted.

Corrections in Examination Schedule:
- If there are any discrepancies in the examination schedule, candidates must contact the examination control office within 7 days from the date of the notice publication.

Application Form Submission and Fee Payment:
- For regular and partial examination systems in various programs, candidates exempted from filling the application form initially must submit it to the school by 2080/10/02 with a late fee.
- Schools must complete the entry in ITMS online on the same day.
- The fee amount due to bank delay should be collected and submitted to the concerned provincial office along with the application form by 2080/10/03.

Post-Examination Procedure:
- According to the Practical Examination Conduct Guidelines, 2079, it is mandatory to enter practical examination details in ITMS online and submit marks, attendance, etc., along with a letter from the relevant school to the provincial office within 15 days after the theoretical examination ends.
- Documents related to the practical examination will not be accepted by the council or state office after this period.
