Urgent Notice Regarding Establishment of Examination Centers for Diploma/Certificate Level Regular/Partial Examinations by CTEVT, Office of the Controller of Examinations, Sanothimi, Bhaktapur
As per the notices published on 2081/10/15 and 2081/10/29 regarding the submission of examination application forms by the Council for Technical Education and Vocational Training (CTEVT), Office of the Controller of Examinations (OCE), Sanothimi, Bhaktapur, this notice is published to inform all concerned about the conduct of regular and partial examinations for the following programs being operated at constituent, partnership, community schools, and private institutions:
Diploma in Engineering, Food and Dairy Technology, Information Technology, Hotel Management, Social Works, Entrepreneurship Development, Beauty and Cosmetology, and Agriculture (Crop Science and Animal Science) — First Year First Semester, Second Year First Semester, and Third Year First Semester. These exams will be conducted from 2081/12/17 at 7:00 AM.
Also, under the Special Scholarship Program in Technical Education (for Dalit, Muslim, economically disadvantaged, and local governments with limited access to technical education), regular and partial examinations of various programs in Diploma in Engineering — First Year First Semester, Second Year First Semester, and Third Year First Semester — along with partial exams of Diploma in Medicinal and Aromatic Plants First Year and regular exams of Second Year will be conducted.
Furthermore, for candidates studying under the Special Scholarship Program in Technical Education (Dalit, Muslim, economically disadvantaged, Haliya, Kamaiya, persons with disabilities, conflict-affected, martyr/injured families from people's movement, indigenous nationalities, and local governments with limited access to technical education), the regular examination of Diploma in Pharmacy First Year will also be conducted based on the examination schedule published on 2081/11/11.
Examination centers have been assigned based on recommendations from the concerned council and provincial offices. All theoretical examinations will commence from 2081/12/17 at 7:00 AM, as per the decision dated 2081/12/07.
