Urgent Notice Regarding the Establishment of Examination Centers for Regular Examinations of Pre-Diploma Level Automobile and Survey Engineering Programs by CTEVT, Office of the Controller of Examinations, Sanothimi, Bhaktapur
By the notice published in Gorkhapatra Daily on 2081/07/30, the Council for Technical Education and Vocational Training (CTEVT), Office of the Controller of Examinations, has established examination centers for regular theoretical examinations of the pre-diploma level Automobile and Survey Engineering programs and the Technical Education Special Scholarship Program, which will be conducted from 2081/09/08 at 8:00 AM.
This is to inform all concerned that the examination centers have been determined based on the recommendations of the related council and provincial offices as decided on 2081/09/02.

Examination Instructions and Guidelines:

No alternative arrangements will be made for candidates absent from the exam per the above schedule.

Educational institutions must prepare practical exam schedules and conduct them in coordination with the relevant provincial offices of the council.

The respective educational institutions will conduct practical exams for subjects specified as practical-only in the curriculum and must make the necessary arrangements for them.

Logbooks, table sheets, or codebooks are allowed inside the exam hall only after inspection.

The exam will not be postponed even if an unexpected holiday falls on the exam day unless the council office pre-announces it.

Candidates who fail the internal exams will not be allowed to take the final external evaluation exams. If they do, their exams will be automatically canceled.

Candidates registered in academic sessions other than those mentioned in the application form notice will have their exams automatically canceled if they apply and participate.

If the exam schedule contains a subject omission, duplication, or error, contact the Council Examination Control Office within one week. Exams taken at centers other than the assigned ones will be automatically canceled.

Mobile phones, smartwatches, digital diaries, and other prohibited items are not allowed inside the exam hall. The exam supervisor has the authority to confiscate such items.
