
CTEVT Published Diploma Level (Regular / Partial) Exam Routine 2081
Council for Technical Education and Vocational Training (CTEVT), Examination Control Office, Sanothimi, Bhaktapur Urgent Notice Regarding Diploma Level Regular/Partial Examination Schedule.
As per the notices published on 2081/10/15 and 2081/10/29 regarding the submission of examination application forms, this notice is published to inform all concerned that the regular and partial examinations for the following Diploma Programs will commence from 2081/12/17 at 7:00 AM:

Diploma in Engineering

Food and Dairy Technology
-
Information Technology
-
Hotel Management
-
Social Work
-
Entrepreneurship Development
-
Beauty and Cosmetology
-
Agriculture (Crop Science and Animal Science)
The exams will be conducted for the First Year, First Semester, Second Year, First Semester, and Third Year, First Semester across affiliated, partnership, community, and private institutions.
Additionally, under the Special Scholarship Program for Technical Education (for Dalit, Muslim, economically disadvantaged, and underprivileged municipalities), the regular and partial examinations for students studying in Diploma in Engineering programs, as well as:

Diploma in Medicinal and Aromatic Plants (First Year Partial & Second Year Regular)

Diploma in Pharmacy (First Year Regular)
It will also be conducted as per the same schedule. This applies to students from special categories such as Dalit, Muslim, economically disadvantaged, Haliya, Kamaiya, differently-abled, conflict-affected, martyr/Peoplemovement-injured families, indigenous nationalities, and other underprivileged local levels.

Note:

No alternative arrangements will be made for candidates who are absent from the examination or miss it for any reason as per the above schedule.

The practical examinations will be conducted at the respective educational institutions. The concerned institutions must prepare the examination schedule, get approval from the respective provincial office, and conduct the exam accordingly.

Log books / Psychometric charts can only be taken inside the examination hall with the inspector's permission.

The examination will not be postponed even in case of an unexpected holiday unless notified in advance by the council.

The examination must be taken at the designated exam center. Changing the exam center is not allowed.

If any examination clashes or is missed, candidates must contact the Examination Control Office within seven days from the date of notice publication.

As per the notice published on 2061/10/15 - 2061/10/29, candidates who missed filling out the exam application form for Diploma in Engineering (First Year, First Part; Second Year, First Part; and Third Year, First Part), Diploma in Medicinal and Aromatic Plants (First Year Partial and Second Year Regular), and Diploma in Pharmacy (First Year) must submit their application form with a late fee between 2061/11/15 - 2061/11/18 to their respective educational institutions. Institutions must complete ITMS online entry within the same period. On 2081/11/19, the late fee must be deposited in the bank, and the application forms must be submitted to the respective provincial office along with the payment receipt.

As per the Practical Examination Conduct Guidelines, 2079, the practical examinations must be completed within 15 days after the theoretical exams. The obtained marks, attendance records, and related documents must be submitted to the provincial office along with an official letter from the respective institution. After this period, the Council and the Provincial Office will not be responsible for accepting any practical examination documents. The examination schedule can be viewed at www.ctevtexam.org.np.
