CTEVT Diploma Level One Subject Chance Exam Application 2081

Council for Technical Education and Vocational Training (CTEVT), Examination Control Office Sanothimi, Bhaktapur Urgent Notice Regarding One Subject Chance Examination Application Form.

This notice is published for students enrolled in annual examination system diploma and certificate level programs under this Council, including those in Special Scholarship Program for Technical Education. Students who have passed first and second years but failed in only one subject in the regular third-year result (as of the publication date of this notice) may appear for a theoretical One Subject Chance Examination in Baishakh 2081 (April 2025) as per Examination Regulations, 2071.

Eligible candidates must submit their application forms to their respective educational institutions by Chaitra 03, 2081 (March 16, 2025) with regular fee or by Chaitra 10, 2081 (March 23, 2025) with late fee.

This notice is published to inform all concerned that students who do not meet the following conditions or do not submit application forms within the specified time will not be allowed to participate in the examination.

Conditions:

Educational institutions must login to ITMS Online using their User credentials to print examination application forms for One Subject candidates and distribute them to examinees.
Examination application form fee of Rs. 300/- must be paid.
Educational institutions must deposit the regular fee amount by Chaitra 05, 2081 (March 18, 2025) and late fee amount by Chaitra 12, 2081 (March 25, 2025) in the respective Council's Provincial Office bank account.
Only regular students who failed in one subject in the third-year regular examination under the annual examination system are eligible to fill this application form. A copy of the Result Sheet of that regular examination must be attached with the application form.
Students with registration established in 2078 (2021) who failed in only one subject in the third-year examination conducted in Mangsir 2081 (November/December 2024) are eligible for this One Subject Chance Examination. Copies of mark sheets or ledger showing completion of first and second years must be attached with the application form. If students who failed first and second years under the annual examination system fill this examination form and take the exam, their examination will be automatically canceled.
No student will be admitted to the examination without an admit card. Respective educational institutions must collect admit cards within the specified time.
The examination date and centers will be published later.
As symbol numbers must be generated collectively, educational institutions must complete entries in the Web Based Online System by office hours on Chaitra 03, 2081 (March 16, 2025) for regular fee and by office hours on Chaitra 10, 2081 (March 23, 2025) for late fee.
Application forms must be submitted to the respective Provincial Offices of the Council through the educational institutions by Chaitra 14, 2081 (March 27, 2025).
