Council of Technical Education and Vocational Training (CTEVT), Control of Examination Office, Sanothimi, Bhaktapur Very Important Notice Regarding Regular/Partial Examination Schedule of Diploma Level Semester Examination
According to the notice published by the Council of Technical Education and Vocational Training (CTEVT), Examination Control Office dated 2079-04-05; Under the diploma level semester examination system, second-year first section and third-year first section regular/partial and technical education towards special scholarship program according to the notice to fill the application form of regular/partial examination for diploma in engineering towards civil, architecture, refrigerator and AC, mechanical, electrical, Electrical and Electronics, Automobile, Electronics, Geomatics, Computer, Hydropower, Food and Dairy Technology, Information Technology, Hotel Management, Social Work and Entrepreneurship Development Program will be conducted according to the schedule as mentioned in the details; This notice is published for the information of all concerned.
Note:
1) According to the above program, no other arrangements will be made for the candidates who are absent from the examination and leave the examination for any reason.
2) Candidates who missed the examination application form due to any reason should submit the application form through the concerned school within the office hours on 2079-05-03.
3) After the completion of the theoretical examination, the practical examination will be conducted in the respective educational institutions, so the relevant educational institution will have to prepare the examination schedule of the experimental examination and conduct it after getting approved by the concerned council and state office.
4) Logbook / Psychometric chart can be taken to the exam hall only with the permission of the invigilator.
5) The examination will not be postponed even if there is any unexpected leave without prior notice from the council.
6) The examination should be given only from the designated examination center. The examination center cannot be changed.
7) If you want to appear or miss the exam, you should contact the examination control office within 7 days from the date of publication of the notice.
