CTEVT Diploma Level Examination Application Form Fill Up Notice 2081

Council for Technical Education and Vocational Training (CTEVT), Office of the Controller of Examinations, Sanothimi, Bhaktapur, notice regarding filling out the Diploma Level Examination Application Form.

As the regular/partial examinations of all Diplomas in Engineering programs, Hotel Management, Food and Dairy Technology, Social Works, Entrepreneurship Development, Beauty and Cosmetology and Agriculture (Crop Science and Animal Science) first-year first section, second-year first section and third-year first section under the semester examination system in the constituent, partnership, community schools and private level educational institutions of the CTEVT Council will be conducted in the month of Chaitra, the candidates have to submit the examination application form by 2081 BS Magh 29 with regular fee and by 2081 BS Falgun 06 with late payment.

This notice has been published so that the concerned educational institutions can mandatorily fill out the examination application form.

Under the Special Scholarship Program in Technical Education (Dalit, Muslim, and Poor / Municipalities without access to technical education), the regular/partial examinations of the first-year first section, second-year first section, and third-year first section of the Diploma in Civil, Civil (Specialization in Hydropower), Automobile, Geomatics, Electrical, Refrigeration and Air Conditioning, Information Technology, Biomedical, Electrical and Electronics Engineering, Food and Dairy Technology, Hotel Management, Entrepreneurship Development and Agriculture (Crop Science and Animal Science) programs and the regular examinations of the second year Diploma in Medicinal and Aromatic Plants will be conducted at the same time. Therefore, it is requested to fill out/submit the application form on the above-mentioned date and time.

In addition, all concerned are informed that students of educational institutions who do not fulfill the following conditions and do not submit the application form within the specified time will not be included in the examination.

Conditions:

1. The school will have to log in with its user and print the regular/partial examination application form from ITMS Online for all the above-mentioned programs for the students who have registered with ITMS Online from the academic session 2076/077 (AD 2019) on white for regular and yellow for partial A4 size paper and distribute it to the students.

2. The semester examination system of educational institutions run in partnership with the council charges Rs. 500 per student, and in the case of private educational institutions, Rs. 2,000/—, and double the regular examination fee per student as a late fee. A late fee will also be charged if the form is not entered into the web-based online system within the regular fee.

3. For partial examinees, the examination fee for one theoretical or experimental subject is Rs. 300/—, and for each additional theoretical or experimental subject, it is Rs. 150/—per student at the regular fee rate, with and double the prescriber the late fee.

4. While submitting the examination application form, the concerned educational institutions should create separate files for regular and partial and new and old courses and register them with the provincial offices of the council by the specified date, attaching the receipt of payment of the fee.

5. The concerned educational institutions should compulsorily deposit the amount for the examination application form fee in the bank account of the concerned provincial office on the last date for payment of the regular fee and the last date for payment of the late fee and upload the original bank voucher on ITMS Online on the same date.

6. The examination fee will not be charged to regular candidates or candidates who have received classified (free) scholarships.

7. In the case of partial candidates, only the students who have registered and enrolled from the academic session 2076 / 077 (E.S. 2019) will be allowed to fill out the examination application form. Online application forms for all programs should be entered into the web-based online system, the program-specific comprehensive form should be combined in order, and a printed copy should be attached to the same file.

8. Only those who failed the internal assessment examination (NQ) should submit their internal assessment scores in the examination form for part-time candidates. A copy should be printed and stamped adequately after entering the Web-based online system.

9. For regular candidates, the examination application forms of candidates of the annual / semester examination system should be entered in the Web-based online system, and the program-specific Internal Assessment and comprehensive form should be combined in order and a printed copy of the program-specific Internal Assessment and comprehensive form should be attached to the same file.

10. Only candidates who pass the internal assessment examination can appear in the final examination. If candidates who failed the internal assessment examination (NQ) appear in the examination of the failed subject, their examination of that subject will be automatically canceled.

11. Students registered from another educational institute should mention their names in the examination application and form, and a transfer letter should be attached.

12. The bank account details of the provincial offices of the council for depositing the fee amount are as follows.

You must pay double the cost to deposit the prescribed due date and upload the bank voucher to ITMS Online.

Additional Information:

1. Trainees should submit the application form for the concerned school examination by 3:00 pm on 2081/10/15.

2. The regular fee for ITMS or online entry in schools will be from 2081/10/20 to 2081/10/29.

3. The last date to pay regular school examination application fees, bank admission, and ITMS online or voucher uploading is 2081/10/30.

4. Trainees must submit the late fee examination application form related to the school dated 2081/10/30 to 2081/11/06.

5. Late fee for online entry in ITMS in schools; see date 2081/11/01 to 2081/11/06.

6. The last date for uploading late fees, bank admission, and vouchers in ITMS online for educational institutions is 2081/11/08.

7. Symbol no. Due to being generated in a lump sum, the regular fee within the examination application form dated 2081/11/29 and dated 2081/11/06

The late fee must be entered through web-based online systems or educational institutions.

8. All the educational institutions will compulsorily complete the training work as per the syllabus determined by the curriculum.

9. Dated 2081/11/11: Regular and late fee-filled examination application forms will be deposited simultaneously in the concerned council state office.
