CTEVT Diploma and PCL Level Annual Exam Form Fill Up Notice 2081
Council for Technical Education and Vocational Training (CTEVT), Examination Control Office, Sanothimi, Bhaktapur Urgent Notice Regarding Submission of Examination Application Forms for Diploma and Certificate Levels Annual Program
CTEVT's constituent, partnership, community schools, and private educational institutions are required to submit examination application forms for the regular and partial examinations of the first, second, and third years of certificate level programs in Nursing, General Medicine, Medical Lab Technology, Radiography, General Medicine Ayurveda, Acupuncture, Dental Science (Dental Hygiene), Ophthalmic Science, Midwifery, Pharmacy, Physiotherapy, Yoga and Naturopathy, Forestry, and Diploma level programs in Agriculture (Crop Science and Animal Science) to be conducted in the month of Bhadra. Application forms must be submitted with regular fees by 2081/04/06 and with late fees by 2081/04/13. This notice has been published to inform the concerned educational institutions to ensure the mandatory submission of examination application forms.
The special scholarship program in technical education (for Dalits, Muslims, endangered communities) also requires the submission of examination application forms for regular and partial examinations of the first, second, and third years of annual examination system programs in General Medicine, Nursing, Physiotherapy, Pharmacy, Agriculture (Crop Science and Animal Science), and Forestry within the aforementioned dates and times.
It is also informed that students of educational institutions that do not meet the following conditions and do not submit the application forms within the specified time will not be allowed to participate in the examination.
Conditions:
- For educational sessions 2075/076 (AD 2018), all candidates registered through ITMS Online must have their examination application forms (regular in white and partial in yellow A4 size paper) printed by the institution using their User Login and distributed to the candidates.
- For regular candidates of the annual examination system, a fee of Rs. 1,000 per student for constituent, community, and partnership institutions, and Rs. 2,500 per student for private institutions is required. Double the regular fee will be charged for late submissions. Failure to enter the application forms in the web-based online system within the regular fee deadline will incur a late fee.
- For partial candidates, a fee of Rs. 300 for one theoretical or practical subject and Rs. 150 for each additional subject must be paid as regular fees, and double the specified fee for late submissions.
- Educational institutions must submit the application forms, separating regular and partial subjects and new and old syllabi files, along with the receipt of fee payment, to the provincial offices of the Council within the specified date.
- Educational institutions must deposit the examination application form fees into the Council's account online or the provincial office's bank account the day after the regular and late fee submission deadlines. The original bank voucher must be uploaded to ITMS Online, and the examination application forms submitted by 2081/04/15 must be submitted together to the respective provincial office.
- Examination fees will not be charged for regular candidates who have received merit-based and classified scholarships.
- Only students who have registered from educational sessions 2075/076 (AD 2018) are eligible to submit examination application forms for partial examinations. All program online application forms must be entered in the web-based online system and a printed copy attached to the respective file.
- For partial candidates, only internal assessment marks of unsuccessful (NQ) candidates must be entered into the examination form and the web-based online system, and a printed copy submitted with the official seal.
- Examination application forms for regular candidates of annual/semester examination systems must be entered in the web-based online system, organized in order, and attached with the internal assessment and summary forms in the respective file.
- Only candidates who have passed the internal assessment examination will be allowed to participate in the final examination. If unsuccessful (NQ) candidates participate in the examination, the exam for that subject will be automatically canceled.
- For students registered from other educational institutions, the name of the institution must be mentioned in the examination application form, and a transfer letter attached.
- Examination fees must be deposited into the Council's account online or the bank account details of the provincial offices are as follows.

The original voucher must be attached with the examination application form. Failure to deposit the fees within the specified date will result in a double fee penalty.
Note:
- Trainees must submit the examination application form to the respective institution from 2081/03/17 to 2081/04/06 by 3:00 PM.
- Institutions must enter the application forms in ITMS for regular fees from 2081/03/25 to 2081/04/06.
- The last date for institutions to deposit the examination fees in the bank for regular fees is 2081/04/07.
- Trainees must submit the examination application form to the respective institution with late fees from 2081/04/07 to 2081/04/13.
- Institutions must enter the application forms in ITMS for late fees from 2081/04/07 to 2081/04/13.
- The last date for institutions to deposit the examination fees in the bank is 2081/04/14.
- Since the symbol numbers must be generated collectively, educational institutions must complete the entry of examination application forms in the Web Based Online System by 2081/04/06 for regular fees and by 2081/04/13 for late fees.
- All educational institutions must complete the training work as per the curriculum load. This notice will also be available at www.ctevtexam.org.np.
