CTEVT Announces One-Subject Chance Examination for Diploma and Certificate Programs
The Council for Technical Education and Vocational Training (CTEVT), based in Sanothimi, Bhaktapur, has issued a crucial update for students across diploma and certificate level programs, including those enrolled in special scholarship programs in technical education. This update concerns the one-subject chance examination slated for Baisakh 2081. Below are the essential points and conditions for interested candidates:
- Application Deadline: Students must submit their examination application forms to their respective schools by Chaitra 30, 2080. A grace period extends until Baisakh 07, 2081, at the respective schools.
- Fee Requirement: The examination application form fee is set at Rs. 300.
- Fee Payment Dates: Fees can be paid to the CTEVT's bank account on Baisakh 02, 2081, with a late fee applicable if paid by Baisakh 09, 2081.
- Eligibility Criteria: Only regular examinees who have failed in one subject in the third-year regular examination are eligible. A copy of the Result Sheet from this examination must accompany the application form.
- Special Condition for 2077 Registrants: Candidates who registered in 2077 (2020) and failed only one subject in the November 2080 third-year examination can apply, provided they attach the Mark Sheet or Ledger for the first and second years.
- Submission Process: Forms must be submitted through the respective schools to the CTEVT's provincial offices.
- Admit Card Requirement: Admission to the exam requires an admit card, which must be collected from the concerned school within a specified timeframe.
- Exam Date and Center: Information on the examination date and center will be announced later.
- Application Symbol Number: Schools are responsible for generating a lump sum Symbol number for regular fee examination application forms by 2080/12/30 and entering late fee details by 2081/01/07.
