This notice is particularly relevant for students enrolled in the academic sessions 2078/069, 2077/078, and 2076/077. Below are the key details and instructions:

• Examination Application Period:

  • Regular Fee: From 2080/10/16 to 2080/10/27, until 12:00 PM.
  • Late Fee Period: From 2080/10/28 to 2080/11/01, until 12:00 PM.

• Application Process:

  • Forms can be accessed at form.afu.edu.np.
  • Students must fill in all required details and upload a recent passport-size photograph.

• Examination Fees:

  • Chance Examination Fee: Rs. 850 per semester.
  • Application Form Fee: Rs. 100.
  • Affiliated College Exam Fee: Rs. 2000.
  • Late Fee Charges:
    • 28th Magh 2080: Rs. 300.
    • 29th Magh 2080: Rs. 500.
    • Falgun 1st, 2080: Rs. 1100.
  • Payment must be made through the online portal.

• Eligibility Criteria:

  • Students who failed in internal assessments are ineligible for the final exam.
