For the 4-Year Bachelor’s Level (Bachelors in Information Technology - BIT), Third Year, Sixth Semester (Group of 2078) Under the Semester System

The Examination Section, Dean’s Office, Institute of Science & Technology, Tribhuvan University, Balkhu, announces that examination application forms for the regular as well as partial exams (of the same semester and previous groups) of the 4-year Bachelor’s level Bachelors in Information Technology (BIT), Third Year, Sixth Semester (Group of 2078)—to be conducted under the Semester System (Grading System) in the year 2081—must be submitted by Magh 27, 2081. The relevant campuses must review these forms and compulsorily submit them to this office by Magh 29, 2081.

1. Points to Note for Campuses While Submitting Examination Forms

1. Regarding the Quota

   • Proof of the approved quota must be sent together with the examination forms.

   • Do not submit exam forms exceeding the approved quota.

2. Attendance, Internal Assessment, and Subject Marks

   • The examinees' attendance should be mentioned on the exam form per TU regulations.

   • Internal assessment marks should be entered on the exam form,, which should be senta separate name list.

   • Exam forms for candidates without internal assessments will be returned; therefore, the internal evaluation is mandatory.

   • Students who have failed internal assessments cannot fill out an exam form for that subject. If they do fill out the exam form for that subject, the exam for that subject will be automatically canceled.

   • Subjectwise data (Subject-wise marks/records) must be sent together with the exam forms of the examinees appearing in the examination.

2. Examination Fee

• Regular and Partial Exam Fee: As applicable (contact your campus for details).

3. Late Fee

• NPR 2,500

  • If the form is submitted within the first week after the regular deadline, a late fee of NPR 2,500 will apply.

4. Payment of Examination Fees

• The concerned campuses should collect the above-mentioned exam fees and deposit them into the current account no. 045001000991070000001 of the Dean’s Office at Nepal Bank Ltd., Kirtipur, and send proof of payment.

5. Examination Center

• The examination centers will be announced later.

Additional Notes

1. As per TU’s decision, the provision for changing the exam center has been removed.

2. No changes to the selected subjects will be permitted once a student has chosen and submitted the exam form. Students must verify their subject choices before finalizing the exam form.

3. Each examinee must complete and submit the exam form personally and fully sign the form and admit card. The office is not responsible for any issues arising from failure to do so.

Important Reminder

• If any student skips submitting the exam form for their regular semester and instead submits it for a subsequent semester, any exams taken will be automatically canceled. The student and the respective campus/college will be fully responsible in such a case.
