Bachelor Level Registration Form Submission: Far Western University
Far Western University (FWU), Office of the Controller of Examinations, Mahendranagar, Kanchanpur, has issued a Notice Regarding the Submission of the Bachelor-Level Registration Form.
Due to the requirement for students enrolled in the bachelor level at Far Western University for the academic session 2081/082 to register their names with the university, this notice is published for the information of all concerned students, departments, and campuses to complete the registration form submission by 25th Magh 2081.
Required Documents:

Certified copies of educational certificates of all levels (SLC/SEE or equivalent and +2/Secondary level or equivalent) along with the original migration certificate obtained from the institution where the last level of study was completed.

An equivalence certificate is mandatory for students who have studied at foreign educational institutions or boards.

Copies of all documents must be certified by the Head of the relevant campus/department and stamped by the department.

A recently taken passport-sized photo.

All details, such as name, date of birth, father's name, etc., must be consistent across all certificates, and students must fill out the registration form clearly and comprehensibly.

When submitting the registration form, each form should be reviewed, arranged alphabetically, and data-entered in the university format. A certified print and soft copy must be sent via email to [email protected]. The data entry format can also be obtained from the Office of the Controller of Examinations' website, fwuexam.edu.np/downloads.

All processes must be completed according to university policies and regulations. Students will be responsible for any discrepancies or fraud.

Registration fees per student: NPR 1,000 (for domestic educational institutions or boards) and NPR 1,500 (for recognized foreign educational institutions or boards).

Forms can be submitted with double the fee within one week after the first deadline.

The respective campus/department must deposit the total amount in a single installment into the Nepal Bank Limited Mahendranagar account number 15600106874669000001 or Nabil Bank Mahendranagar account number 2901017500424 by 2nd Falgun 2081 and submit the registration form along with the bank voucher to the Office of the Controller of Examinations.
