FWU Undergraduate Eighth Semester Chance Exam Online Exam Form Notice
Far Western University (FWU), Office of the Controller of Examinations, Mahendranagar, Kanchanpur Notice Regarding Online Examination Form Submission for the Bachelor’s Level Eighth Semester Chance Exam.
Rule 4.1.6 of the Far Western University Examination Management and Operation Procedures 2078 (including amendments of 2079) states, “Under the semester examination system at the Bachelor’s level, students who have failed in a maximum of two subjects in the Eighth Semester examination.
But have passed all previous semester examinations,” Students who have failed in a maximum of two theoretical subjects only are hereby notified to fill in their details online by 2081 Magh 21 at the website of the Office of the Controller of Examinations, www.fwuexam.edu.np, or by logging in to www.exam.fwu.edu.np.
To Sit for the Eighth Semester Chance Exam of the Faculties of Humanities & Social Sciences, Education, Management (BBA), Science & Technology, Agriculture Science, and Engineering—scheduled to be held in 2081 by the Office of the Controller of Examinations, Mahendranagar, Far Western University.

Subject Selection
When filling out the form, students must select only the subjects stipulated by the University’s regulations/approved subjects and syllabus. Otherwise, the Office of the Controller of Examinations will not be held responsible.
Login Details

Visit www.fwuexam.edu.np and click “Online Portal” to log in, or go to www.exam.fwu.edu.np and log in.

For Username, enter your registration number.

For Password, enter your date of birth.

Once logged in for the first time, you must change your password.

In Current Password, re-enter the original password (your date of birth).

In New Password, enter your new password, and re-enter the same new password in Confirm New Password.

Click Save Changes.

Then login again using your Registration Number and the new password you just created.
Photo and Signature Upload

On the right side of the page, in the first box, upload a clear passport-size photo showing both ears against a plain background (in .jpg or .png format, max 2 MB).

In the second box, upload your signature on a plain white (unlined) sheet (in .jpg or .png format, max 2 MB).
Exam Form / Payment

Under Dashboard, on the left side of the page, click Exam forms or the pencil-like icon (2).

Find the appropriate Exam Schedule listing your faculty, level, semester, and examination year, then click Pay Rs 800 on the right side.
Fee Payment

Click the Khalti App or Connect IPS icon at the bottom to pay the fee.

Enter your Khalti ID/Username and password, then click Submit.
Subject Selection

After the fee payment, you will see all subjects for that semester.

Select the Theory subjects you must appear in by checking the “Theory Subject” box.

(Note: You cannot take the exam if you choose incorrect subjects. Each student must know the correct subjects and their codes; otherwise, the Office of the Controller of Examinations will not be held responsible.)
Submit Application

After selecting your subjects, click Submit Application at the bottom.
Late Application with Double Fee

Students can submit the form by paying double the fee until 2081 Magh 28.
Note: Each campus/department must review every form its students submit and then finalize/submit it.
