TU Exam Application Notice for 4th Year Undergraduate Programs
Tribhuvan University Examination Control Office, Balkhu, Kathmandu Notice for filling out examination application forms for regular and partial examinees of the 4th year of the Bachelor’s degree program.
Under the annual examination system of Tribhuvan University, Examination Control Office, Balkhu, the examination for the Humanities, Management, Education Faculty, and Science and Technology Institute for BA, BFA, BBS, BEd, and BSc fourth-year students will be conducted. Regular and partial examinees must submit their application forms to their respective campuses between Magh 29, 2081, and Falgun 25, 2081. Applications submitted within a week after the deadline will incur double fees. This notice is published for the information of all concerned.
1. Examination Application Forms:
a) Students must personally fill out the application form and submit it to the relevant office. TU OCE will not be responsible for any discrepancies.
b) For 4-year Bachelor's degree programs like BEd, BBS, and BSc, students who enrolled in 2073 BS and took their first-year exams in 2074 BS, this will be their final examination attempt.
c) All examinees must mention their previous roll number on the application form.
d) Two recent passport-sized photos (in regular attire) are required for the application form.
e) The same photo used in the application form must be provided if a duplicate admit card is required during the examination period.
2. Submission Deadlines and Fees:
a) Campuses within the Kathmandu Valley must submit application forms along with bank vouchers to TU OCE, Balkhu, within two days. Campuses outside the valley must submit forms to their respective Regional Examination Control Offices or directly to TU OCE, Balkhu.
b) When submitting forms, campuses must first register them at the Accounting Branch before forwarding them to the relevant department.
3. Examination Fees:
a) Fee per subject for examinees: Rs. 470/-
b) Examination application form fee: Rs. 60/-
c) Examination center fee per subject: Rs. 100/-
d) Practical examination fee per subject: Rs. 150/-
e) Practical examination fee for two or more subjects: Rs. 275/-
f) Teaching practice fee: Rs. 350/- (Rs. 50/- to OCE, Balkhu; Rs. 150/- to the Faculty of Education Dean’s Office; Rs. 150/- to the respective campus account).
g) Fieldwork, term paper, and project work fee: Rs. 275/-
4. Payment of Examination Fees:
a) Campuses within the Kathmandu Valley must deposit examination-related fees into Global IME Bank Limited Account No. 05010100000500 or Nepal Bank Limited Account No. 04500100099108000001 under the name of TU OCE. The bank voucher must be submitted along with the application form.
b) Campuses in the Pokhara region must deposit fees into Nepal Bank Limited, Bagar Branch Account No. 0910010110134000001 under the name of TU Regional Examination Control Office, Pokhara. The bank voucher must be submitted with the application form.
c) Campuses in the Biratnagar region must deposit fees into Nepal Bank Limited, Bazaar Adda Branch Account No. 10000100922120000001 under the name of TU Regional Examination Control Office, Biratnagar. The bank voucher must be submitted with the application form.
d) Campuses in the Nepalganj region must deposit fees into Global IME Bank Limited, Tribhuvan Chowk, Banke Account No. 2101010000076 under the name of TU Regional Examination Control Office, Nepalganj. The bank voucher must be submitted with the application form.
e) Campuses in the Attariya region must deposit fees into Global IME Bank Limited Account No. 05010100000500 or Nepal Bank Limited Account No. 04500100099108000001 under the name of TU OCE, Balkhu. The bank voucher must be submitted with the application form.
