Tribhuvan University, Office of the Controller of Examinations, Balkhu Notification for Partial (2080) Examination Application Form Submission for 4-Year Bachelor’s Level Examination

The Office of the Controller of Examinations, Tribhuvan University, Balkhu, has issued a notification for students who will be appearing in the second-year examination of the 4-year Bachelor’s level BBS, BEd., BSc, and BA partial (2080) examinations to be held in 2081 under the annual examination system. Students are informed to submit their examination application forms at their respective campuses from Shrawan 28, 2081, to Bhadra 16, 2081, with regular fees. After the ordinary deadline, students can submit their forms with double the fee within one week. This notification is published for the information of all concerned.

Regarding the Examination Application Form:

(a) Students must fill out their examination application forms themselves, complete all processes, and submit them to the relevant office. TU Examination Control Office will not be responsible for any discrepancies.

(b) For students who were enrolled in the 4-year Bachelor’s program in 2072 and took their first-year examination for the first time in 2073, this will be their last chance to take the examination.

(c) Partial students must compulsorily mention their previous roll number at the top part of the examination application form.

(d) Two passport-size photos (recently taken in normal attire) are required to fill out the examination application form.

(e) If a copy of the admission card is needed during the examination period, the photo used in the examination application form must be presented.

Regarding the Examination Application Form Deadline and Fees:

(a) Campuses within the Kathmandu Valley must submit the examination application forms along with the bank voucher to the TU Examination Control Office, Balkhu, within two days of the final date. Campuses outside the Valley must submit the forms to the Examination Control Office within four days of the bank voucher date.

(b) When submitting the examination forms, they must first be verified by the Accounts Branch with the bank voucher and then submitted to the relevant branch.

Regarding the Examination Fees:

(a) Sectional fee for partial students: Rs. 470/-

(b) Examination application form fee: Rs. 60/-

(c) Examination center fee per section: Rs. 100/-

(d) Practical examination fee per section per subject: Rs. 150/-

(e) Practical examination fee for two or more subjects: Rs. 275/-

Regarding the Payment of Examination Fees:

(a) Campuses in the Kathmandu Valley and surrounding areas must deposit the examination-related fees in the Global IME Bank Limited, Kirtipur/Balkhu Campus, in the revenue account number 0501010000500 or in the Nepal Bank Limited revenue account number 04500100099108000001. The payment voucher must be submitted along with the examination application form to the Examination Control Office.

(b) Campuses under the Regional Examination Control Office, Pokhara, must deposit all examination-related fees in the TU Regional Examination Control Office, Pokhara, Chalti Hisab No. 09100111013400001 at Nepal Bank Limited, Bagar Branch, Pokhara. The payment voucher must be submitted along with the examination application form.

(c) Campuses under the Regional Examination Control Office, Biratnagar, must deposit all examination-related fees in the TU Regional Examination Control Office, Biratnagar, Chalti Hisab No. 1040010092212000001 at Nepal Bank Limited, Bazaradda Branch, Biratnagar. The payment voucher must be submitted along with the examination application form.

(d) Campuses under the Regional Examination Control Office, Nepalgunj, must deposit all examination-related fees in the TU Regional Examination Control Office, Nepalgunj, Chalti Hisab No. 2101010000076 at Global IME Bank Limited, Tribhuvan Chowk. The payment voucher must be submitted along with the examination application form.

(e) For campuses under the Regional Examination Control Office, Attariya, the examination fees must be deposited in the revenue account number 0501010000500 at Global Bank Limited, Balkhu Campus, or in the Nepal Bank Limited revenue account number 04500100099108000001. The payment voucher must be submitted along with the examination application form to the TU Examination Control Office, Balkhu.
