Tribhuvan University Office of the Controller of Examinations, Balkhu, Kathmandu Notice for Online Application for Participation in the 50th Convocation Ceremony (2081)
Eligible students who have completed their Bachelor's, Master's, M.Phil. degrees (according to the semester and annual exam systems) or have completed their Ph.D. between Ashad 1, 2080 BS to Jestha 32, 2081 BS (15th June 2023 to 14th June 2024) and have obtained their transcripts are invited to apply online for the 50th Convocation Ceremony of Tribhuvan University.
The university has published this notice to inform all concerned students that applications will be accepted at the Tribhuvan University Office of the Controller of Examinations, Balkhu, from Bhadra 20, 2081 BS to Ashwin 23, 2081 BS following the procedures below.

Students must fill out the online form, submit their MRP-sized photo, citizenship certificate, and a scanned copy of their transcript.
Applications will close on Ashwin 24, 2081 BS, and late submissions will not be accepted.

Instructions for Online Submission
Once the online application is submitted, print all the required PDF documents and keep them safe. After the detailed notice about the convocation ceremony is published, students will be required to present these documents at the designated branch of the Office of the Controller of Examinations for validation. The documents will be stamped and returned to the student for safekeeping.

- You can invite up to two guardians to the ceremony for an additional non-refundable fee of Rs. 300 per guardian.
- The fee must be deposited through online banking at either Nepal Bank Ltd. or Global IME Bank Ltd..
- Ensure to obtain a receipt and transaction ID after the payment and keep them safe.
Gown/Scarf Deposit
- Rs. 300 will be deducted as maintenance charges from the gown and scarf deposit.
- Students are required to collect their main certificate within one year of the convocation ceremony. If not collected, additional late fees will apply as per Tribhuvan University rules.
