Training for Child-Centered Classrooms
Rato Bangala announces Call for Application for the Child-Centered Learning- Level One; a 3-month primary teacher training program. This program provides an opportunity for teachers to take their learn ing into the classroom and start the transformation process even while they are in training. Classrooms that have child-centred teaching practices are proven to engage students in their learning, to develop learning skills such as critical thinking, problem-solving and cooperation and to enhance academic achievement.
We provide pre-service and in-service teachers practical teaching strategies that can be immediately used in classrooms. This program will strengthen understanding of teaching methods for Language, Math, Science, Social Studies and Educational Philosophy that support child-centred teaching practices. We invite interested candidates to apply by 30th November 2018. Forms can be downloaded from our website (www.rbf.org.np) or picked up from Rato Bangala Foundation, Patan Dhoka.
