The Quiz Odyssey-MeLeSoN Inter-College Forensic Medicine Quiz Season 3 was successfully concluded on 28 March 2025, Friday at Nepal Manipal Teaching Hospital, Pokhara.
The Medicolegal Society Nepal (MeLeSoN) organizes the competition annually. Medical college students from across Nepal actively participate.
SP Shyambabu Oliya was the event's chief guest. The team from Maharajgunj Medical College demonstrated strong performance and secured first place, while the College of Medical Sciences and Gandaki Medical College achieved second and third positions, respectively. The winning team received a cash prize of Rs. 25,000, and the second—and third-place teams received Rs. 15,000 and Rs. 10,000, respectively.
According to the organizers, the competition significantly enhanced students' knowledge of forensic medicine. The event was successfully organized under the leadership and guidance of MeLeSoN President Dr. Nuwadatta Subedi.
Owing to the excellent management and enthusiastic participation, this year's edition was highly impactful and has inspired broader execution in the coming years.
