Purbanchal University, Gothgaun, Morang Notice Regarding the Submission of Application Forms for the 13th Convocation Ceremony of Purbanchal University
This notice is published for the information of all concerned that students who enrolled in various batches of M.Phil., Master’s, and Bachelor’s level academic programs of Purbanchal University—and have obtained their transcripts between Poush 16, 2080 (January 1, 2024) and Poush 16, 2081 (December 31, 2024)—must submit the application form to the Examination Management Office, Biratnagar, either personally or through the representative of the concerned campus, by Magh 18, 2061 (January 31, 2025) within office hours, following the procedure outlined below, to receive the certificate in the 13th Convocation Ceremony of Purbanchal University.
Points to Note When Filling Out the Application Form
Obtaining the Convocation Certificate Application Form

You can obtain the application form to receive the convocation certificate from the Examination Management Office, Biratnagar, or the concerned campus.

Additionally, you can download the application form from the Examination Management Office website: www.puexam.edu.np.
Submitting the Application Form

You must include a certified copy of your transcript and the application form.
The applicable fees are as follows:

M.Phil.: NPR 7,500 (NPR 5,000 application fee + NPR 2,500 gown deposit)

Master’s Level: NPR 5,500 (NPR 3,000 application fee + NPR 2,500 gown deposit)

Bachelor’s Level: NPR 5,000 (NPR 2,500 application fee + NPR 2,500 gown deposit)

The concerned campus must deposit these fees as a lump sum into Nabil Bank Limited, A/C No. 00710017518402, in the name of the P.U. Examination Management Office.

To register the application form officially, the original bank voucher (with the list of students’ names) must be submitted to this office within office hours by Magh 18, 2081 (January 31, 2025).

Alternatively, students may deposit the amount personally or through a representative into the aforementioned bank account and submit the application form within the specified date.
Students Who Miss This Deadline

Students who have qualified for the convocation certificate but fail to apply within the given timeframe must pay a fee of NPR 5,000 (M.Phil.), NPR 3,000 (Master’s), or NPR 2,500 (Bachelor’s) to collect their convocation certificate later.
Convocation Ceremony Details

A detailed convocation ceremony schedule will be published on the Examination Management Office website later.
Note:

Maintenance Charge of NPR 300 will be deducted from the deposit (for the gown, scarf, etc.).

An additional NPR 300 penalty will be charged if the cap is returned damaged.
