Council for Technical Education and Vocational Training (CTEVT), National Skill Testing Board (NSTB) approved National Vocational Skill Certificate, with the support of Vocational Education and Training Enhancement Project Second (EVENT-II), pre-learning to be operated at a concessional fee. Nepalese citizens who have reached the age of 16 years and who have returned from foreign employment and want to participate in the skill test should present themselves at the skill test center as per the details and submit the application form; this notice has been published for the information of all concerned.
