Mid-West University (MWU) Call to Apply for Third Convocation Ceremony

Mid-West University (MWU), Examination Management Office, Surkhet, Nepal Notice Regarding Form Submission for Participation in the Third Convocation Ceremony

This notice informs all interested students of the Mid-West University who have graduated with a Bachelor’s, Master’s, or M.Phil. degree and have received their transcripts from the Graduate School of Humanities and Social Sciences, Graduate School of Management, Graduate School of Education, Graduate School of Science and Technology, Graduate School of Engineering, and Graduate School of Law by January 30, 2081 (February 12, 2025), and students who have completed their Ph.D. degree during the same period, that they may apply to participate in the third convocation ceremony.

Application forms, in the prescribed format distributed by the Examination Management Office, must be completed and submitted to the Examination Management Office by 5:00 PM on February 17, 2025 (Falgun 5, 2081).

(a) Required Documents to be submitted with the Application Form:

(1) One copy of the Nepali citizenship certificate for domestic students or one copy of a passport for foreign students.

(2) One copy of your transcript.

(3) Three recent, color MRP-sized photographs.

(4) Original bank voucher for the fees deposited into the following bank account of the Examination Management Office, Mid-West University:

(b) Students wishing to participate in the Convocation Ceremony must deposit the following fees:

→ Each graduating student can accompany one parent/guardian at the convocation ceremony. If a parent/guardian is also to attend, an additional, non-refundable fee of Rs 500/- will be charged.
