Madan Puraskar and Jagadamba Shree Puraskar Dedication Ceremony organized Online:

The Madan Puraskar and Jagadamba Shree Purasakar Dedication Ceremony organized by Madan Puraskar Guthi every year have been completed online for the first time. The Guthi has broadcast the ceremony live online in view of the Corona epidemic.

2077 Kartik 2 (October 18, 2020)Sunday at 3 p.m. In a program, broadcast lives on Guthi's website, Facebook, and YouTube, historian Shekhar Pathak from Nainital, India gave a scholarly discourse on the history of the border around the Mahakali River.

Senior musician Shanti Thatal, who was honored with the Jagdambashree Award, delivered her remarks from Darjeeling. Similarly, Chandra Prakash Baniya, a Madan Award-winning author of the year 2076, read his remarks from Pokhara through the novel Maharani.

Speaking on the occasion, musician Shanti Thatal said that there is no limit to music and she was proud to be dedicated to the service of Nepali music. Madan Puraskar-winning novelist Chandra Prakash Baniya confessed that his novel about an event in history became a literary dose because of the award.

At the beginning of the program, a team of musicians performed a welcome tune. During the one-hour function, Madan Puraskar Guthi President Kunda Dixit expressed his gratitude on behalf of the organizers. The technical coordination of the program was done from the office of Guthi Patandhoka.

Madan Puraskar Guthi has been giving Madan Puraskar since 2013 BS and Jagdambashree Puraskar since 2045 BS.
