Kathmandu Model College Organizes Two-Day Orientation and Socialization Program for MBS Students
Kathmandu, Chaitra 2, 2081 — Kathmandu Model College (KMC) successfully organized a two-day Orientation and Socialization Program for Master of Business Studies (MBS) students on Chaitra 1st and 2nd. The program was designed to provide students with essential knowledge, guidance, and practical skills to support their academic journey and professional growth in management.
The event commenced with warm welcome remarks by Mr. Nabin Kumar Pandey, Program Head of MBS, who encouraged students to embrace the opportunities and challenges of higher education with enthusiasm and dedication.
Delivering special remarks on "Career of Management Students and the Path to Success," Associate Professor Ajay Prasad Dhakal, Executive Director of KMC Educational Network, shared valuable insights into the dynamic landscape of management careers. He highlighted the importance of strategic thinking, adaptability, and continuous learning in achieving long-term success.
Adding more depth to the program, Assistant Professor Dr. Shreeram Poudel, a well-known media personality and expert in communication, led an engaging session on professional communication and personality development. His practical tips and interactive approach helped students better understand the importance of effective communication and confident self-presentation in today’s competitive world.
Mr. Dhurba Prasad Timalsina, Head of the Internal Quality Assurance Cell (IQAC), skillfully moderated the overall program, ensuring smooth coordination and impactful session delivery throughout the event.
