Isma Rural Municipality of Gulmi Concludes Motivational Training to Increase Educational Quality
Palukha Secondary School in Isma Rural Municipality-2 Chaldi of Gulmi has conducted motivational training to increase educational quality. The school conducted motivational training for teachers, students and parents.
In it, training on prayer management was conducted for students and teachers. Harish Oli, a teacher of Kalika Manavgyan Secondary School, gave motivational training to the management committee, teachers and students for two days and for one day to the parents, management committee, students and teachers. On the last day of the training, the students honored their parents with tikas and garlands.
According to Nepali culture, male students honored their parents with Dhog and female students with Namaskar. Baburam Khatri, Headmaster of the school, said that recently the school family has been trying to improve the educational quality. "From the training, information has been gained on many subjects including prayer management, student, teacher and parent relationship", Headmaster Khatri said, "The program has been organized to bring 100 percent success in all classes and develop a good culture among students."
Headmaster Khatri said that motivational training was organized to make parents, students and the management committee more responsible because the quality of the school cannot be improved by teachers alone. Village Vice President Parvati Kunwar said that while the quality of community schools is deteriorating recently, the incentive program will increase the educational quality of the school. Stating that they are engaged in a campaign to increase the educational quality of the entire municipality, Palukha Secondary School thanked the school for taking the lead.
